Watermelon, Basil and Feta Salad -

The saltiness of the feta pairs so beautifully with the sweetness from the watermelon! It is just delicious as a quick lunch or to knock your friends’ socks off at a summer barbecue! This dish is best assembled last minute, but you can prep all the ingredients a few hours before serving and just mix last minute. The watermelon is best cold in this dish, so try to keep it in the fridge before assembling.

  • ¼ of a large Watermelon, peeled and cut into cubes
  • ½ Cup Feta, crumbled
  • 10 Leaves Fresh Basil, Torn
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil


  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss well. Serve immediately.
