Warm Maple Miso Dressing -

This one is a really nice tangy dressing! Great for topping salads or cooked greens!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Miso
  • 4 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • ½ Tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Mix well until everything is combined and slightly warm.
