Veggie Hoagie! -

Oooh what a great game time treat! Make this huge sandwich and split it up and share with all your friends! Who says vegetarians can’t have a super fun hoagie!!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Loaf of Bread of Your Choice
  • 1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
  • 10 Veggie "Turkey" Slices
  • 10 Veggie "Bologna" Slices
  • 20 Veggie "Pepperoni" Slices
  • 1 Cup Pickled Eggplant
  • ½ Cup Pitted Kalamata Olives, halved
  • 10 Leaves Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Large Tomatoes, sliced

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (205 C).
  2. Slice your loaf of bread in half and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes to get the bread nice and toasty.
  3. Spread 1 half with the mustard and spread all the “meats” and veggies on top. Cover with other half and slice up for your friends.
