Sesame Roasted Asparagus -

A nice simple side dish! The asparagus is laced with sesame goodness both from the sesame oil and the beautiful sprinkling of sesame seeds.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Asparagus
  • 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
  • ½ Tsp. Each Salt and Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
  2. Cut off about 1 inch off of the bottom ends of the asparagus and discard.
  3. Place Asparagus on a parchment lined baking sheet and drizzle with the sesame oil and salt and pepper. Sprinkle the sesame seeds over all the asparagus.
  4. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
