Salad Topped with Bean Sprouts and Baby Corn -

This is a fun twist on a classic green salad. I find the bean sprouts and baby corn give it a slightly Asian twist, but also add lots of fun texture and flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1 Head Romaine Lettuce, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 Can Baby Corn, rinsed, drained and sliced
  • 10 Baby Carrots, sliced
  • 10 Sugar Snap Peas, chopped
  • 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Glaze
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss well.
