Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

If you are looking to switch up your regular salad dressing here’s a great one with a super bright flavour, not to mention the cool green color! The almonds are the key to thickening it up without the need to add mayo! This dressing will last in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 weeks.

Warm Maple Miso Dressing

This one is a really nice tangy dressing! Great for topping salads or cooked greens!

Labneh Topped with Zaatar

This is just a perfect combination for a really creamy dip with a Middle Eastern twist! I love that it is also super simple to whip up in a hurry! Put it in the center of a big tray of raw veggies and snack away. You can also serve with pita wedges or tortilla chips.

Black Pepper Sour Cream

A simple and fun dip for veggies or crispy fries!

Spicy Mayonnaise

A great dip for fries, roasted veggies or even a sandwich spread!

Tahini Citrus Dressing

The tahini and citrus fruits in this dressing are a heavenly combination. I also love the creaminess that the tahini brings to this dressing with no need for dairy! This recipe will give you about 1/2 cup of dressing and it will store in an airtight container int he refrigerator for about 1 week.

Vegetarian Caesar Dressing Recipe

This is my version of the classic Caesar dressing, without the anchovies! It comes out really flavourful and creamy. This recipe will give you about 1/2 cup of dressing, and you can keep it in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette

This my go to salad dressing! I love the simplicity of it on nice fresh lettuce leaves, but it can also be used to dress bean salads or even a rice or couscous salad. Make a big jar of it and it will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for months- I always have a jar of this dressing in my refrigerator! I mix the recipe in a jar for simplicity – that way I can store it in the same jar, but if you prefer you can make it in a bowl and use a whisk to mix.
