Basic Balsamic Vinaigrette
This my go to salad dressing! I love the simplicity of it on nice fresh lettuce leaves, but it can also be used to dress bean salads or even a rice or couscous salad. Make a big jar of it and it will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for months- I always have a jar of this dressing in my refrigerator! I mix the recipe in a jar for simplicity – that way I can store it in the same jar, but if you prefer you can make it in a bowl and use a whisk to mix.
