Roasted Red Pepper and Cumin Hummus -

The sweetness of the roasted peppers combines beautifully with the cumin for a new take on the classic loved hummus! For this recipe, you can use store bought, jarred roasted peppers or make your own.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 tsp. each Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Tsp. Olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini
  • 1 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tsp. Crushed Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Roasted Red Peppers
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it becomes a paste.
