Roasted Garlic and White Bean Hummus -

This is a change from the traditional chickpea hummus. I find white beans smoother tasting than chickpeas, therefore they pair beautifully with roasted garlic. Serve with pita chips or raw vegetables for dipping.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups White Beans
  • 2 cloves Roasted Garlic
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Salt, or to taste
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix well until it becomes a paste.
