Chinese 5 Spice Crunchy Chickpeas -

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 1 Tsp. Chinese 5 Spice Powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tsp. Tobasco Sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Drain the chickpeas in a colander and rinse. Place the rinsed chickpeas in a clean kitchen towel and gently rub them dry.
  3. Place the chickpeas in a bowl and add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Place chickpea mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
  7. You can store these snacks in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
