Ramen Noodle Chow Mein -

An easy weeknight one pot meal using the convenience of Ramen!

Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 1 Onion, peeled and sliced
  • ½ Cup Snow Peas, Chopped
  • 1 Can Baby Corn, drained and rinsed
  • 10 Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 Packets Ramen Noodles

Preparation

  1. In a skillet or wok over medium heat add the sesame oil with the onions and ginger. Sauté for about 3 minutes.
  2. Raise heat to medium high and add all remaining ingredients. Cook for about 5 minutes until the noodles have softened completely. Serve immediately.
