Quinoa with Beans and Kale -

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Quinoa
  • 2 cups Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 6 Large Stalks Kale (stems removed and leaves roughly torn)
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and toss well. Place in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 3 minutes.
