Peanut Butter and Chocolate Eggrolls! -

These are a delicious desert that will amaze your guests! They just won’t believe how great these treats are!Oh my!

  • 2 Cups Peanut Butter
  • 2 Cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Package Eggroll Wrappers
  • Oil for Deep Frying
  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar


  1. To assemble the eggrolls: Place about 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter and 1 teaspooon of the chocolate chips in the centre of each egg roll wrapper. Bring in the top and bottom and roll the sides up like a boritto. Seal the edges closed with a bit of water.
  2. Fry the egg rolls: In a deep fryer or pot over medium high heat, add about 3 inches of vegetable oil. When the oil reaches 350 degrees place your egg rolls in and cook for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Do not overcrowd the pot.
  3. Remove onto a platter lined with paper towels and and immediately sprinkle with the sugar. Serve immediately.
  4. These rolls can also be frozen for up to 2 months and reheated on a baking sheet in the oven at 400 for about 10 minutes.
