Maple Miso Chickpeas -

These chickpeas come out really nice and sticky! They are just super addictive!

Ingredients

  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp. Yellow Miso
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Milk

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl whisk together the miso, maple syrup and coconut milk. Set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium high heat, add the chickpeas and sauté for about 1 minute. Add in the prepared miso sauce and saut�� for 3 more minutes until chickpeas are slightly browned.
