This is a delicious appetizer served with some crusty bread for dipping or as a nice veggie side! Roasting the tomatoes really brings out their natural sweetness, the olives and feta add that Mediterranean salty touch! Try it once and you will be addicted!!


A really fun Greek appetizer - full of yummy spinach and feta cheese! How can you possibly go wrong! These also freeze really well. Place on a single layer on a baking sheet in the freezer overnight, then store in a large rectangular tray covered tightly or resealable container.

Gigantes Plaki – Greek Style Giant Beans

These giant lima beans are just so melt in your mouth creamy! This recipe is inspired by a dish I like to order in one of my favourite Greek restaurants. I like this dish served over rice or couscous.

Vegetarian Moussaka

In this vegetarian version of the traditional Greek dish I replaced the ground lamb with Baluga lentils. I find of all the lentils these ones hold their shape the best giving the dish a meaty texture. There are a lot of steps to this dish but the end result is really well worth it!


Making your own baklava may seem daunting. It is actually really simple and ever so worth it! This is the best baklava I have ever had!

These are great finger foods for a cocktail party or just a fun lunch that are easy and delicious! Using store bought mini pie shells makes it much quicker, but you can certainly make your own if you like.
