Chili Thyme Corn -

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Frozen Corn Kernels
  • 1 Fresh Chili Pepper, minced
  • 3 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup Water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 5 minutes and serve.
