Chickpea Pancakes -

These pancakes use chickpea flour to create a protein packed guilt free breakfast! Make a big batch and freeze for busy mornings!

  • 1 Cup Chickpea Flour
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp. salt


  1. In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients.
  2. Heat a griddle or skillet on high and spray with some cooking spray.
  3. Scoop dollops of the batter on your hot skillet / griddle and let cook for 30 seconds until bubbles form. Flip and cook on other side until golden.
