Frozen Lemonade

Ok, this is hands down the coolest trick ever for making frozen lemonade! It’s super easy and actually works!! No more squeezing lemons - just place fresh lemons in a blender with ice! You will need a high speed blender for this to work, either a Vitamix or a Ninja.

Canary Melon Strawberry Smoothie

This is a deliciously refreshing breakfast drink!

Berry Tangerine Smoothie

A delicious breakfast smoothie with a taste of sunshine!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Yes I did say pumpkin pie smoothie!! This creamy smoothie is made with puréed butternut squash and pumpkin pie spices – so refreshing and delicious!

Avocado Banana Smoothie Bowl

A smoothie bowl is the new food fad right now and I can certainly understand why! It is a really thick smoothie that you need to eat with a spoon, and a bonus is you can top it with whatever you like! Kind of a cross between a smoothie and a bowl of ice cream! The avocado in this one makes it super creamy and delicious – really addictive!

Citrus Mint Infused Water

A really refreshing drink after a workout!

Apple Cinnamon Infused Water

Like apple pie in a glass!

Pear Ginger Infused Water

A light refreshing drink with a hint of spice!

Lavender Strawberry Infused Water

This one is a beauty! Really special for a bridal shower or outdoor pool party!

Strawberry Kiwi Water

A light refreshing drink with a hint of fruity goodness!

Cucumber Water

This is one of my favourites! Really light tasting and refreshing! The first time I had this one was a few years ago, staying at a very nice hotel. There was a jug of this water was sitting in the lobby for all guests to enjoy. When I came home, boy did I miss that water! So of course I needed to recreate it!

Kiwi Pear Infused Water

A light refreshing drink with a hint sweetness!

Tarragon Orange Infused Water

A really refreshing drink with a bright citrus flavor! So much better than sugar laden bottles of OJ!

Raw Carrot and Beet Smoothie

The raw veggies here are super refreshing! With the addition of a little flax seed this smoothie is the energy you need! For best results you will need a very powerful blender to be able to pulverize the carrots and beets completely – either a Ninja or a Vitamix will work.

Carrot Mango Ginger Smoothie

This is a really flavorful smoothie to give your body a boost in the morning. If you need to add a little sweetness you can add 1 teaspoon of maple syrup, but I enjoyed the smoothie just as is! For best results you will need a very powerful blender to be able to pulverize the carrots completely – either a Ninja or a Vitamix will work.

Kale Mango and Tofu Smoothie

I like the addition of soft tofu in this smoothie as it not only adds protein, but it also adds a super rich creaminess to the drink!

Chia, Spinach and Cucumber Smoothie

This is a really energizing smoothie to get your day started! With all the power from the spinach and chia seeds and super hydration from the cucumbers – you are set for whatever the day ahead brings you!

Berry Spinach Chia Smoothie

This is a great smoothie to hide the greens! The berries cover up the spinach in both color and flavor! A little added chia seeds also helps boost the nutrition here!

Kale and Green Tea Smoothie

Green tea acts as a great calorie free liquid to smooth out the kale in this deliciously healthy get up and go smoothie! It’s a great use for leftover green tea, or if you would like to steep it specifically for this smoothie, just let it cool in the fridge for a couple of hours before blending.

Creamy Avocado & Cucumber Smoothie

Wow! This is one of the best smoothies I have ever had! The avocado makes it lusciously creamy while the cucumber adds bursts of refreshment!
