  • ½ Cup Pumpkin Seeds (from a small pumpkin or squash)
  • 1 Tsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tsp. salt

  1. When you remove the seeds from your pumpkin, you will notice that they are covered in pumpkin goop! The easiest way to get rid of them is by place them in a large bowl in the sink. Run cold water over them while you loosen with your fingers. Keep doing this until you have freed all the seeds. Place in a colander and rinse a few more times. Dry very well by placing on a clean kitchen towel and lightly tap a few times.
  2. Preheat oven to 300 F (148 C).
  3. Now combine the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds with all remaining ingredients. Spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 300 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
