Basic Kale Chips -

Kale chips are all the rage right now! So healthy, but yet just as addictive and snack-able as regular potato chips!

  • 2 Cups Fresh Kale, large stem removed and roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tsp. salt


  1. Preheat oven to 300 F (148 C).
  2. Wash and dry the kale very well (use a towel to remove any excess liquid – this will ensure a crispy kale chip).
  3. Toss kale with remaining ingredients and spread in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 300 for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
