  • 1 Basic Pizza Dough
  • 4 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • Toppings of your choice, such as caramelized onions, grilled mushrooms, fresh herbs, tomatoes and cheeses!
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Combine the minced garlic with the olive oil.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and cover with a damp cloth.
  3. Turn your grill onto a medium high flame.
  4. Use your palms to gently flatten out the dough balls one at a time, and brush with a bit of the garlic oil.
  5. Place directly on the barbecue, oil side down and cook for a couple of minutes – do not try to move them until you can see the dough slowly changing from raw dough to a bread. In the meantime brush the top with a little more oil. Flip and cook for 2 minutes more. During the final 2 minutes add any toppings of your choice.
