Ingredients

  • 12 Baby Bok Choy
  • 1 Chili Pepper (Optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 1 Tsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F (205 C).
  2. Toss bok choy with all remaining ingredients. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper cut side down.
  3. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
