Avocado Banana Smoothie Bowl -

A smoothie bowl is the new food fad right now and I can certainly understand why! It is a really thick smoothie that you need to eat with a spoon, and a bonus is you can top it with whatever you like! Kind of a cross between a smoothie and a bowl of ice cream! The avocado in this one makes it super creamy and delicious – really addictive!

  • 1 Large Avocado, peeled and pit removed and cut into chunks
  • 1 Ripe Banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 Cup Oats
  • 2 Dates, pit removed and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • Topppings: Extra banana and avocado slices and toasted cashews


  1. Combine all ingredients (not including toppings) in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, place in a large bowl and top with toppings. Dig in with a big spoon!
