Apple Date Quinoa Porridge -

This is a great alternative to the classic oatmeal – using superfood quinoa! It’s also super delicious and satisfying!

  • 1/2 Cup Quinoa
  • 1 Apple, peeled and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped Dates
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk


  1. Rinse the quinoa.
  2. In a medium sauce pan over medium high heat add the quinoa with the apples, dates, cinnamon and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Add the almond milk and bring to the boil. Cover and reduce heat to medium low and allow to cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
